Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Financial Technology team. This role demands deep expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with tools like Sigma Computing, SQL, and ETL workflows. The ideal candidate will design and develop dashboards, analyze financial and operational data, and collaborate across departments to support informed business decisions

• SQL: Advanced expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries. Strong grasp of joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis.
• Sigma Computing: Proficient in creating interactive dashboards, applying row-level/user-level security, and training end users on best practices.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Skilled in developing data pipelines for cleansing, transforming, and loading large datasets from multiple sources.
• Microsoft SharePoint: Utilized for cross-functional collaboration, project tracking, document management, and team coordination.
• Microsoft Excel (VBA): Strong command over Excel functions and macros for task automation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, including performance tuning and execution plan analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data/reporting needs and deliver actionable insights using cloud data warehouses.
• Apply row-level and user-level security for data governance and access control.
• Build and manage ETL workflows for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
• Partner with data engineering teams to validate data accuracy and align models with business logic.
• Train and support users on Sigma tools, best practices, and data literacy initiatives.
• Assist with financial reporting, including month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, and treasury-related activities.
• Perform statistical analysis including weighted averages, central tendency (mean, median, mode), and measures of dispersion (standard deviation, variance).
• Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, system controls, and operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional projects independently and collaborate with teams including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Oracle ERP, and Application Support.

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Visualization roles.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries independently.
• Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing (preferred) and Power BI for building scalable, interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, and role-based access control.
• Strong knowledge of Excel including VBA for automating tasks and macros.
• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint for team collaboration and project documentation.
• Background in accounting fundamentals and Oracle ERP modules (AP, AR, PA, FA, GL) is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous or fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, a desire to improve processes, and a passion for data accuracy and reporting integrity.

- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
