Role Purpose
Design, build, and manage data‑ingestion pipelines (≈800 tables) from 26 source systems into Snowflake using CLIENT’s EDI tool.
Key Responsibilities
· Define ingestion architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
· Lead offshore team (6 developers) to configure, test, and deploy EDI pipelines.
· Optimize Snowflake performance (clustering, partitions) and control storage costs.
· Implement CI/CD and monitoring; ensure 99 % SLA on daily loads.
· Coordinate with Business Data Steward for lineage and asset registration.
· Prepare RITM release documentation and support production cut‑overs.
Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years in data engineering; 3+ on Snowflake or equivalent cloud DW.
· Expertise in ETL/ELT patterns, orchestration (Airflow, Control‑M, EDI).
· Strong SQL, performance tuning, and data‑partitioning knowledge.
· DevOps skills (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/CloudFormation).
· Understanding of metadata propagation and DQ hooks.
Preferred Qualifications
· SnowPro Core/Advanced.
· AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
· Experience integrating Ataccama DQ logs.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
