SNO Area Application Manager (AM)

1 Scope Specific applications

2 Focus Lifecycle, compliance, and app compliance ownership

3 Tools & Systems ServiceNow APM, IMF Controls, application-specific tools

4 Compliance & Audits Direct accountability for APM data and audit readiness

5 Transition Management Supports transition of apps to AMS

 

 

Must have skills:

 

1. Good understanding of Applications development and maintenance activities

2. Good coordination and working with Customer and Customer Vendors

3. Go to and ownership mindset to drive the deliverables until it's completed

4. Excellent communication skills and articulating tasks and follow up with tasks ownership until it's delivered to the end

5. Managing application master sheets and it's Change request deliverables

6. Good understanding of Documentation skills, infrastructure Architecture Blueprint design and working experience with Architects
Mandatory Skills: Technical Writing .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
