Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Application SRE / TechOps Engineer with 5+ years of dedicated experience to oversee our production systems, software reliability, and core application infrastructure. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of system availability, software engineering, and live operations. You will balance proactive site reliability engineering (SRE) tasks—such as building end-to-end observability, defining SLOs, and infrastructure automation—with critical TechOps/Application Support responsibilities like L2/L3 troubleshooting, ITSM process management, and an active on-call rotation.

  • Location – Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR
  • Timings – 02:00 PM 11:30 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in a blended App SRE, TechOps, or Production Application Support role.
  • Soft Skills: Good verbal and written English communication skills to document post-mortems (RCAs) and clearly lead cross-functional incident response calls.
