Platform Operations / SRE – Splunk & Cloud

Role: Platform Operations /– Splunk & Cloud
Hybrid: Onsite presence required 2 times per week at mexico city or guadalajara
Language: Advanced English (Must)
Role Summary
This is a hands-on Production Operations role. The client is looking for a profile with real operational experience, not theoretical knowledge or training-based exposure. Candidates must be able to handle live incidents, monitoring, and troubleshooting in real time.
Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk,
his role is heavily focused on production operations, including monitoring and observability (Splunk), incident management (ITSM), cloud operations, and Kubernetes troubleshooting. We are specifically looking for profiles with real, hands-on experience rather than theoretical exposure.
