Job Description: Data Privacy / ITRO Lead
10+ Years Experience
Location: Pune

Overview: We are seeking seasoned Data Privacy / IT Risk & Compliance (ITRO) Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive, oversee, and enhance GDPR, data protection, and IT compliance programs. The ideal candidate will ensure strong governance, conduct audits, manage privacy risks, and work closely with global teams to uphold data security standards across the organization.

Required Experience & Skills
• 10–12 years of experience in Data Privacy, IT Risk, Compliance, or ITRO roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GDPR, data protection principles, and IT governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in conducting IT audits, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, policies, standards, and assurance mechanisms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working in global, multi-stakeholder environments.
