Job Description:

Data Center Engineer position that requires extensive layer 1 knowledge as well as hardware/cable troubleshooting abilities, experience with racking/stacking/cabling all types of data center assets, and the ability to understand and implement requests from Sysadmins and Network Engineers.

 

Due to the significant amount of data center assets being replaced , additional resources are needed to assist with installation, decommission, and troubleshooting of any and all types of network and compute appliances in our enterprise data center.

 

-Complete all Change tickets on time to meet project demands.

-Zero human errors caused from working in the data center.

-SLAs met for responding to Break/Fix and Incident tickets.

 

Mandatory Skills: Data center automation .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
