Core Skills

 Include a mix of technical and soft skills relevant to asset management:
 IT Asset Management (ITAM) & IT Service Management (ITSM)
 Software Licenses & Hardware Lifecycle Tracking
 Asset Audits & Compliance Management
 Enterprise Tools: ManageEngine, ServiceNow, SCCM, Jira
 Risk Assessment and Mitigation
 Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
 Data Analysis and Reporting
 Policy Implementation & Documentation
 Performed asset inventory reconciliations and maintained detailed asset records in EAM systems.
 Assisted in tracking warranty expirations, software updates, and license renewals using ManageEngine tools.

 Supported deployment of new software and hardware, contributing to a 10% increase in deployment efficiency
