Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to fill the role of Lead Administrator - L1. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the administration of our network and hardware infrastructure environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will play a critical role in not just maintaining existing systems but also in configuring and deploying new technologies that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
As a Lead Administrator, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement within our network structures. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, enabling seamless communication and operational efficiency throughout the company. This role demands versatility, as you will shift between software and hardware administration tasks, adapting to new challenges as they arise. The position necessitates a proactive approach to hardware management, introducing new equipment to enhance our network, along with possessing a comprehensive understanding of network architecture.
Experience And Education:
Candidates should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in network and hardware administration. A strong foundation in both realms is critical, as the selected candidate will handle diverse operational responsibilities. Familiarity with routing and switching protocols, data center architectures, WAN acceleration technologies, and SDWAN will significantly benefit your application.

Familiarity with Specific Vendors:
- Cisco, Arista, and Aruba switches
- Data center equipment
- Aruba wireless systems
- Silverpeak SDWAN solutions

Certifications:
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, or equivalent qualifications, are advantageous and will enhance your candidacy.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
