Job Description
Role –
An Order Manager oversees the entire customer order cycle—from placement to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. They coordinate between sales, warehouse, and finance departments to process orders, manage inventory, resolve issues, and ensure timely shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Entering, tracking, and managing orders via CRM/ERP systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Customer & Sales Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for order status updates, invoices, and resolving discrepancies.
Problem Resolution: Investigating shipping errors, damaged goods, or inventory shortages.
Data Accuracy: Maintaining accurate inventory records, pricing, and contract compliance.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience With any of the Telecom companies in managing orders/projects
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/Order Management Systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
5+ years of similar experience

Mandatory Skills: Customer Service .
Experience: 1-3 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
