Program Manager - Finance & Accounting Transformation

Position Title: Program Manager - Finance & Accounting Transformation
Function: Business Process Services (BPS)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (US)
Experience Required: 12-15+ Years

Position Summary
•    Wipro is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Transformation Manager to bring industry insight, shape differentiated solutions, and partner with Sales teams in leading RFP and RFI responses. The individual will translate client priorities into practical transformation roadmaps and lead large-scale programs across global delivery environments, with accountability for solution design, transition, operational excellence, stakeholder governance, and continuous improvement across Finance & Accounting process towers.
•    The role requires a strong blend of industry knowledge, solutioning capability, transformation leadership, program governance, client-facing communication, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Industry Insights & Solution Building
•    Bring relevant Finance & Accounting industry trends, benchmarks, leading practices, and technology insights into client conversations and solution design.
•    Partner with Sales, Consulting, Operations, and Technology teams to understand client priorities and shape differentiated, outcome-led solutions.
•    Lead solution development for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations, ensuring alignment to client requirements and Wipro capabilities.
•    Develop target operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, value levers, and implementation approaches.
•    Articulate solution value, transformation benefits, dependencies, risks, and differentiators to client and internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Client Management
•    Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, Sales leaders, delivery teams, and cross-functional partners.
•    Facilitate discovery workshops, solution reviews, governance forums, and executive business reviews.
•    Communicate program progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and value realization clearly to executive stakeholders.
•    Manage escalations with urgency and accountability, ensuring timely resolution and sustained stakeholder confidence.

Required Qualifications
Education
•    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
•    MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience
•    12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations and transformation.
•    Strong experience managing large-scale global delivery programs.
•    Proven experience in stakeholder and client relationship management.
•    Experience leading operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $180,000 to $250,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
