- Deliver process and product training to new hires and existing team members.
- Conduct refresher, remedial, and vitality training sessions.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness; implement remediation plans as needed.
- Complete certification courses prior to conducting training sessions.
- Adhere to training schedules and curriculum guidelines.
- Assign pre-study work and track trainee progress and performance.
- Communicate “Trainee at Risk” status to Training Manager (e.g., attendance, scores, engagement).
- Support service levels by being productive when required.
- Collaborate with teams to design and update training content.
- Monitor calls for soft skills, process adherence, and compliance.
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance agent performance.
- Analyze audit, compliance, and communication data to create action plans.
- Keep floor advisors updated on process changes and improvement initiatives.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
