Job Description
- Lead a team to handle incidents (Sev2/Sev3) and make sure they are resolved within agreed timelines (SLA).
- Monitor system and tenant health, identify risks early, and take steps to prevent outages
- Oversee capacity management, including handling alerts, latency, and throughput issues.
- Plan and manage migration activities (ZRS, cross-zone, CRI, parity extent migrations, LLAM account transitions)
- Work closely with other teams (Giza, XTable, XStream, Geo, CRM, Node Recovery) to ensure system stability and safe migrations
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and share updates on risks, actions, and progress
- Guide the team in following processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring no escalations
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend automation opportunities.
- Support long-term planning to improve service reliability and performance.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
