Role Purpose and Overview

The Business Analyst, Digital Asset Management (DAM) role is designed to act as the critical bridge between complex technological systems and business objectives, ensuring that technology solutions not only meet but exceed client expectations. This role will leverage advanced expertise in leading DAM platforms to tailor and deliver customized solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT specialists, and digital marketing professionals to analyze, design, and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational efficiency and enhance user experience.

Operating within a dynamic and collaborative environment, the successful individual will be tasked with managing the full lifecycle of DAM-related initiatives—from requirement gathering and business analysis to solution deployment and end-user training. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes by optimizing the way digital assets are organized, accessed, and utilized across the enterprise.

Qualifications and Expertise Required

  • Minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience with leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) software, showing capability in deploying and configuring platforms to solve complex business challenges.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business stakeholders to define clear, comprehensive data models and taxonomies, aligning them with organizational objectives and technological capabilities.
  • Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into well-defined technical features, ensuring clarity in requirements for successful implementation.
  • Experience in conducting thorough reviews of DAM systems to identify areas for enhancement and actively promoting adoption strategies that maximize the platform's value proposition across multiple teams.
  • Track record of designing engaging, user-centric training content including multimedia materials such as instructional videos and presentation decks, complemented by facilitating 'Train-the-Trainer' programs to empower end users.
  • Ability to host and manage Office Hours sessions, delivering focused educational workshops that address specific DAM functionalities and encourage active user engagement.
  • Insightful in pinpointing opportunities for technical and process improvements within DAM environments, partnering with Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) teams to implement enhancements aligned with best practices.
  • Experience producing compelling demonstration videos and comprehensive documentation to communicate new features and system updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to providing sustained application support, troubleshooting issues promptly, and fostering a smooth operational experience for the business teams relying on the DAM platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient translation of business requirements into functional and technical specifications within the DAM context.
  • Lead ongoing evaluations of the DAM system's performance and user feedback to drive iterative enhancements, ensuring the platform remains aligned with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training frameworks, including scheduled sessions and custom learning paths, to support wide-ranging user capabilities and adoption rates.
  • Facilitate continuous communication channels with business users, including hosting regular information sessions (Office Hours) to address queries, provide updates, and gather insight for future development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to coordinate system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Create a repository of detailed user guides, release notes, and FAQs that are regularly updated to reflect system changes and user requirements.
  • Champion best practices in digital asset governance, content lifecycle management, and information security compliance throughout the organization.
  • Engage in strategic planning activities to align DAM initiatives with broader enterprise digital marketing strategies, contributing to overall business growth and innovation.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
