Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong business knowledge and analytical expertise who can quickly transform data into clear insights, executive dashboards, and decision-ready reports. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly adaptable, and experienced in working with senior executives in a fast‑moving environment. This role requires hands-on experience in dashboard creation, data analysis, and insight generation using modern BI and analytics tools.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with strong business and analytical orientation
- Hands-on expertise in Apache Superset and Tableau for dashboard development
- Working experience with R and Python for data analysis and insight generation
- Strong ability to analyze data and convert it into meaningful business insights
- Experience creating executive summaries, management reports, and KPI scorecards
- Solid understanding of business metrics, performance management, and data storytelling
- Ability to manage tight timelines and deliver high-quality outputs quickly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior executives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
͏Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain business KPI dashboards using Apache Superset and Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and reports that drive decision-making
- Use R and Python to perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and exploratory analysis
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver insights and dashboards quickly and iteratively in a dynamic, changing environment
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across dashboards and reports
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
