Job Role: Mernstack/ React. JS Developer
Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Mernstack Engineer to lead development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Redux. Enforce coding standards and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop reusable UI components using React.js and TypeScript.
- Implement robust state management with Redux Toolkit and middleware (Thunk/Saga).
- Ensure responsive design and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
- Optimize performance (LCP, CLS, TBT) and bundle size using Webpack/Vite.
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with error handling and caching strategies.
- Establish testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress for e2e.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and enforce secure coding practices.
- Mentor team members and drive Agile ceremonies for delivery excellence.

Minimum Qualification:
- Technical Proficiency in software engineering; 5+ years in React.js.
- Technical expertise in Redux Toolkit, React hooks, and component lifecycle.
- Technical Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and Responsive Design.
- Testing experience with Jest, RTL, and Cypress & Performance tuning and debugging skills.
Nice to have Skills:
- Next.js for SSR/SSG.
- Vue JS
- Micro-frontends (Module Federation).
- Design system experience (Storybook).
- Observability tools (Sentry/New Relic).
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
