Position: ServiceNow PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2+ years specifically managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM).
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience with working across development team

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
