Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Key responsibilitiesReporting and data analysis

Develop, maintain, and validate reports and dashboards from scratch using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Collect, analyze, and transform messy, unreliable datasets into trustworthy reporting pipelines to provide accurate business insights

Present complex data findings and analysis to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely

Define and maintain metric definitions in line with evolving business goals

Six Sigma and process excellence

Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis) to identify process inefficiencies and drive sustainable improvements

Facilitate process improvement activities and workshops with cross-functional teams

Conduct Time and Motion studies to analyze workflow and improve productivity.Measure the success of process improvement initiatives and ensure long-lasting results.

QualificationsExperience

Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.Hands-on experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to improve business processes

Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to motivate teams and gain buy-in from stakeholders.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)

Certifications:Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt is preferred.

Experience: 1-3 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
