Workday Technical with Scripting Automation
Primary Skills:
- 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a production environment (HR/HRIS application support, enhancements, and troubleshooting).
- Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll (or Payroll interfaces), Compensation, Security, Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Workday Support & Enhancements
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Workday and related HR applications: incident triage, root-cause analysis, break/fix, and preventive actions.
- Configure and enhance Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and data validation (based on access/role).
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver enhancements and process improvements.
- Coordinate Workday releases: evaluate impact, execute regression testing, and plan/implement changes.
Integrations & Data
- Support and enhance Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) with downstream/upstream systems (e.g., benefits, payroll vendors, IAM, learning, finance).
- Monitor integration schedules, manage errors, perform reprocessing, and implement resiliency and alerting.
- Collaborate on data quality, audits, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across HR systems.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a production environment (HR/HRIS application support, enhancements, and troubleshooting).
- Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll (or Payroll interfaces), Compensation, Security, Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with system support processes (incident/problem/change management) and structured troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; strong written/verbal communication skills.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
