Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Azure Cloud Observability Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in cloud engineering and observability platforms. The role is operational and requires configuring cloud resources, monitoring systems, and triaging production issues using industry‑standard observability tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands‑on cloud engineering support on Microsoft Azure
  • Configure and manage cloud resources using Azure portal / UI
  • Operate and manage observability and monitoring platforms
  • Perform incident triage and troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and dashboards
  • Manage Cribl platform for log and telemetry data pipelines
  • Support production systems and resolve operational issues

Required Skills

  • Strong Azure cloud engineering experience
  • Hands‑on experience configuring cloud resources via UI
  • Strong operational experience with observability tools such as:
    • CloudWatch, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic Search, Datadog
  • Ability to troubleshoot and triage production issues

Preferred Skill

  • Cribl Platform Management (highly preferred)
    Candidates without Cribl experience must have deep hands‑on experience with other observability platforms.
