Role Purpose

 Looking out for a strong Azure DevOps resource to support Modernization initiatives

Skills & Expertise

• CI/CD & Automation:

Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating automated testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows for microservices and cloud-native applications.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Advanced proficiency in Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure resources, including modular code design, remote state management, and policy enforcement.

• Azure Cloud:

Deep understanding of Azure services, resource management, networking, security, and cost optimization. Proven track record in architecting and operating scalable, secure solutions on Azure.

• Kubernetes & Helm:

Expert in deploying and managing applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Helm charts. Skilled in cluster configuration, RBAC, secrets management, and rolling upgrades.

• API Management & Networking:

Hands-on experience with Azure API Management (APIM), Application Gateway, and traffic routing. Implemented secure API gateways, custom policies, and WAF rules.

• Identity & Access Management:

Strong background in Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for authentication and authorization, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and integration with enterprise applications.

• Security & Compliance:

Embedded security best practices in pipelines and infrastructure, including vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and automated remediation. Experience with container security, image scanning, and RBAC.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

Led cross-functional teams, mentored junior engineers, and collaborated with developers, architects, and security teams to deliver robust DevSecOps solutions.

Tools & Technologies

• GitHub Actions (Workflow implementation), Terraform, Azure Cloud, Azure CLI, AKS, Helm, APIM, Application Gateway, Azure Entra ID, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, ArgoCD, SonarQube.
