Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· L3 operational support for Azure IDAM and break-fix activities.
· Resolve incidents and service requests related to Access Management solutions.
· Raise Change Requests (CRs), prepare PoA, attend CAB meetings, and execute changes within SLA.
· Handle escalated IDAM security incidents and coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting.
· Maintain and update SOP documents and deliver account-specific training.
· Collaborate with cross-domain teams for issue resolution.

Technical Skills:
· Hands-on experience with:
o Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure SSO, RBAC, PIM, AD Sync.
o Access Management solutions: Okta, O365, Single Sign-On, Identity Federation.
· Knowledge of authentication schemes, authorization policy rules, and performance tuning (LDAP indexes, cache parameters).
· Troubleshooting escalated incidents and managing configuration/release of fixes.
Certifications: Good to have
· MS-900 or AZ-900 (mandatory).
· AZ-500 or MS-500 (preferred).
