Job Description: 

Business Analyst

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier 1 business school
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in problem-solving and analyzing datasets using SQL or comparable programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
  • Experience working with ML/AI technologies or data systems such as data warehousing, analytics platforms, and SQL-based systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

No. Performance Parameter Measure
1. Customer Engagement and Delivery Management PCSAT, utilization % achievement, no. of leads generated from the business interaction, no. of errors/ gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), % of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated.
2. Knowledge Management No. of whitepapers/ research papers written, no. of user stories created, % of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, No of reusable components  developed for proposal during quarter

 
Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst/ Data Analyst(Maps) .
