About the Role:

WIPRO is looking for Cyber Security Analyst , with specialized expertise in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), with a focus on Zscaler technologies, to join our Technology Services division at Wipro Technologies - United Kingdom. This senior-level position plays a crucial role in maintaining and advancing the security posture of our client's global network infrastructure, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support and operational management of the Zscaler infrastructure, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security
• Collaborate closely with global teams, including US-based units, to deliver seamless support during implementations, upgrades, and incident responses related to Zscaler services
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance security controls, incident detection capabilities, and response procedures within the SASE framework
• Assist in troubleshooting complex security incidents, coordinating root cause analysis, and developing mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence
• Support ancillary security infrastructure components such as Island solutions, providing expert guidance and technical assistance as needed.

Required  Skills

• Extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SASE architectures, specifically with hands-on knowledge of Zscaler Web Security solutions
• Strong technical proficiency in Zscaler ZIA and ZPA, including policy creation, SSL inspection, tunneling, and Zscaler Client Connector configuration
• Understanding of network security concepts such as firewall policies, VPNs, DNS security, and cloud access security broker (CASB) integrations.
