Job Description

Location: Spain or any location across Europe

What you will do:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Define Customer 360 architecture for HCP, HCO, Patient, Clinical Trial, and Commercial engagement use cases.
• Architect data ingestion frameworks using:
            CRM Data Streams
            Batch Ingestion
            Streaming APIs
            Data Lake integrations
            Cloud storage connectors
• Design Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Calculated Insights.
• Define identity resolution and profile unification strategies.
• Establish consent management and data governance models.
• Design audience segmentation and activation architecture.
• Enable AI and analytics use cases using unified customer profiles.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce Data 360 and other enterprise platforms:
            Veeva
            Snowflake
            Boomi
            SFMC
• Data Governance & Security:
            Establish enterprise data governance standards.
            Design metadata management frameworks.
            Define data quality monitoring and stewardship processes.
            Implement role-based access and data privacy controls.
            Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
