Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for a Workforce Operations Partner preferably with experience in financial services sector.  

 

The Workforce Operations Partner role is central to managing daily HR operational activities with a focus on employee experience, stakeholder collaboration, and workforce initiatives across Servaada UK locations. This role requires expertise in employee relations, policy compliance, and change management to support a positive workplace culture and operational excellence. 

 

The Workforce Operations Partner will play a critical role in building healthy partnerships across teams, positively impacting stakeholders, driving workforce initiatives, and ensuring excellence in people engagement and operational delivery.

Essential Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to process data in Excel
  • Ownership and accountability
  • Excellent drive with ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills:

 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • Industry recognised qualifications, A CIPD qualification is highly desirable.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client documentation and communications
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, able to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction

  • Team-oriented, contributing positively to collaborative working environments
  • Problem-solving attitude, able to identify issues quickly and offer practical solutions
