  • Deep expertise in end‑to‑end eCommerce sales operations, covering digital marketplaces, direct‑to‑consumer channels, and retail execution workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, customer journey analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, DBT, AWS, and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting and enhancing omnichannel capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment across web, mobile, store, and fulfillment ecosystems.
  • Hands‑on experience with systems integration, including API development/consumption, middleware workflows, EDI processes, and cross‑platform data mapping.
  • Strong technical understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS), CRM tools, inventory management systems, and ERP integrations within retail and eCommerce environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and sales or operational performance analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, Power Query, and financial/operational modeling.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, with some hands‑on development experience considered a strong plus..
  • Strong command of core digital commerce KPIs, with the ability to translate business metrics and trends into actionable technical insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven experience performing detailed data validation, dataset reconciliation, and ensuring reporting accuracy across large-scale datasets.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native retail architectures and modern API-driven digital ecosystems used in enterprise commerce.
  • Experience working with major retail and syndicated datasets including NielsenIRI, and E2Open, with the ability to interpret, validate, cleanse, and leverage these datasets for business insights and operational alignment.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
