Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead
Location NJ (Client-facing role; hybrid/on-site as required)
Role Purpose
The Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead is responsible for partnering with client CXOs to define, govern, and deliver a portfolio of transformation programs and business cases. The role ensures measurable business value realization through process mining–driven insights, value engineering, and execution of automation, AI, and RPA initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role focused on bridging strategy to execution, institutionalizing value tracking, and driving accountable outcomes across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise C-suite on value strategy, transformation roadmap, and automation investments
- Govern portfolio across process optimization, AI/ML, RPA, and ERP programs
- Develop and validate business cases (ROI, NPV, payback)
- Implement value tracking frameworks and dashboards
- Drive stage-gate governance and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure end-to-end value realization and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 18+ years in consulting/transformation/value realization
- Strong CXO stakeholder management experience
- Expertise in process mining, automation (RPA/AI), and ERP programs
- Proven track record in business case development and benefit tracking

Value realized vs. plan, ROI achievement, process efficiency gains, automation adoption, stakeholder satisfaction
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
