Job Description
- Troubleshoot and fix Azure Storage servers with hardware issues
- Handle Sev2–Sev4 incidents within SLA.Join bridge calls and support recovery during critical incidents.
- Monitor alerts, emails, and requests to prevent outages
- Work with data center staff to replace defective hardwareWork with Physical Network team if any TOR (Top Of the Rack, is a Cisco L2 Switches ) down.
- Support storage migrations and tenant decommissioning activities.
- Prepare and update SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Create reports on server health and capacity using tools like PowerBI and Kusto
- Write basic scripts (PowerShell) to reduce manual work.

Experience: 3-5 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
