Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

  • Lead and guide the team handling Azure Storage servers and live site incidents
  • Make sure critical incidents (Sev1–Sev3) are resolved on time.
  • Monitor storage capacity, server health, and hardware lifecycle.
  • Work with vendors (HP, Dell, ZT, WCS) and Microsoft teams for hardware issues fixes.
  • Review major incidents, find the root cause, and make sure the issue does not repeat
  • Suggest and implement process improvements and automation to save time.
  • Mentor and train the team to improve skills
  • Share reports and updates on incidents and capacity with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills: FullStack Microsoft-Cloud Azure .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
