Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and orchestrate AI agents for HR use cases including case triage, policy interpretation, compliance checks, and conversational self-service.
- Develop AI/ML models using Python for predictive analytics such as data risk, hiring funnel optimization, and operations performance forecasting.
- Implement LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent memory patterns.
- Own AI architecture decisions including model lifecycle, explainability, governance, and ethical AI considerations for HR data.
- Use Power Automate and Logic Apps to orchestrate AI decisions, trigger workflows, manage exceptions, and integrate enterprise systems.
Required Skills
Core Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML development in Python.
- Experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio / M365 Copilot) to design, configure, and deploy generative AI and agent‑based solutions for business use cases.
- Experience handling sensitive HR/PII data with governance and security controls.
Added Advantage:
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA for workflow enablement.
- Exposure to OCR and document automation solutions.
