Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

•                     Support regression, smoke, sanity, and system integration testing activities.

•                     Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product teams to ensure testable and high-quality requirements.

•                     Identify suitable test scenarios for automation and contribute to automation coverage improvement.

•                     Analyse test failures, log defects clearly, and work with teams on root-cause analysis.

•                     Define testable AI and agentic requirements by working with product, Engineering, and business teams to translate use cases, prompts, workflows, and expected outcomes into clear quality scenarios and acceptance criteria.

•                     Design and execute validation for AI and agentic solutions across functional, integration, regression, non-functional, compliance, and operational readiness areas, ensuring that outputs are accurate, stable, secure, and aligned to customer and business outcomes.

•                     Identify risks, defects, and assurance gaps early and manage them through effective triage, traceability, RAIDs, and escalation so that issues do not leak into production.
