Job Summary
We’re looking for an AI/ML Developer who can design, build and deploy machine learning models at scale. The role involves working with large datasets, developing end-to-end ML pipelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate models into production.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering and model deployment.
• Work with unstructured data such as text, images and logs.
• Implement LLM based features, prompt engineering and fine tuning.
• Run experiments, track metrics and improve model performance.
• Deploy models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Collaborate with backend, data and product teams to deliver AI features.
• Maintain documentation, standards and best practices for ML development.

Required Skills
• Strong experience in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of NLP, LLMs, vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience with data engineering tasks using Spark, Pandas or SQL.
• Hands-on with MLOps workflows such as CI/CD for ML, model versioning and Docker.
• Understanding of cloud ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Ability to work with APIs, microservices and production ML systems.
• Strong math background in statistics and linear algebra.

Good to Have
• Experience with RAG pipelines and LLM fine tuning.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning.
• Experience with GPU optimization.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
