Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Technical Analysts who has experience of 8 to 9 Years
Having experience in APIs, and microservices
Understanding of business & technical landscape
Comprehensive knowledge of the business, it’s customer related business drivers
Comprehensive knowledge and the technical systems that support the business
Strong ANZ systems and applications knowledge. Eg: CAP, OCV, BBD, etc
Strong Lending (Retail or Commercial) knowledge or experience
Analytical Thinking
Good analytical thinking skills
Ability to adopt a functional decomposition approach to analysis elaboration
Communication & Facilitation Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate business analysis outcomes

Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups
Continuous Improvement
Be a tribe-level go-to person for solving problem in your Domain of expertise.
Interest/curiosity in business analysis industry trends
Plan and manage analysis outcomes
Ability to define and govern the approach to requirements gathering
Ability to manage own analysis work
Ability to contribute to team estimating
Maintain Traceability
Partner with Product Owner to validate requirements and ensure alignment to value
Application of Analysis Techniques
Competence across a range of elicitation techniques to define requirements in business and technology environments to meet business outcomes and customer demands (i.e. Process Modelling, Use Cases)
Quality Assurance
Ensuring the quality and viability of working solutions through quality practices and rigorous testing with a customer centric focus.
Delivery Engineering
Defining how systems will be implemented and ensuring they are operational for end-users. This includes monitoring performance, making improvements, and using appropriate practices and tools.
Systems Analysis
Undertake impact assessment and mapping of system functionality and data to user story journeys and document workflows that represent current and future state
