Job Description: 

AWS Architect- C1

  • Terraform experience is must for building the infrastructure.
  • Experience/Knowledge on Ansible tool.
  • Experience in CI/CD Pipeline
  • Experience in HA Cluster
  • Experience in DR.
  • Understanding of both SAP functionalities and AWS infrastructure to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Build, configure, and manage AWS infrastructure for multiple instances of AWS Platform.
  • Experience on Cloud native tools on AWS Platform.
  • Develop processes and procedures for using cloud-based infrastructures, including, access key rotation, disaster recovery, and building new services.
  • Experience in AWS infrastructure operation/support.
  • Technical support for complex issues related to SAP applications running on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Thorough knowledge of AWS architecture, networking, security groups, load balancing, and best practices for optimizing SAP workloads on the cloud
  • Manage escalated support tickets, prioritize issues, and provide timely updates to customers while working towards resolution
  • Identify the underlying cause of complex problems, implement corrective actions, `
  • Work with L2 support teams, development teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting steps, known issues, and best practices for internal reference and knowledge transfer
  • Solid understanding of AWS services like EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM,CloudWatch, Inspector, and their application in supporting SAP environments
  • Effective communication with customers, both technical and non-technical, to clearly explain issues and solutions
  • Provide expert-level support for complex AWS issues, including performance bottlenecks, system crashes, data integrity problems, integration failures, and security vulnerabilities
