Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical lead the design, implementation, and support of AWS cloud infrastructure for our products. The role requires hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure provisioning, networking, security, automation, platform services, and operational support across multiple AWS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and building secure, scalable, highly available AWS environments from the ground up, supporting both greenfield product deployments and existing cloud platforms. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, security teams, network teams, customer stakeholders, and application architects to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

Mandatory
7–10 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture and administration experience.
Experience designing and supporting enterprise AWS environments.
Strong expertise in AWS networking and security architecture.
Experience implementing hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

Required Technical Skills
To design, implementation, and operational support
AWS Core Services: EC2, VPC, Route 53, ELB/ALB/NLB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS , Config, Transit Gateway, VPN
Platform Services: RDS / Aurora, EKS, ECS, ECR, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, Secrets Manager, Systems Manager

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback
2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed

Experience: 5-8 Years .
