Key responsibilities

Exp - 5 - 7 years

Primary Skill - Advanced Routing & switching, Data Center Network

Secondary Skill - Wireless, Cisco ACI, DDI,

Rates including mark up - 80K - 90 K/M

Education Qualification -B.E. / B.Sc. / MCA / BCA
Location – Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

•           Experienced in Production Network Environment of an large enterprise impacting 100+ users

•           Handling Data Centre Network Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications

•           Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets

•           Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes

•           Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning 

•           Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)

•           Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure

•           Provide input for Weekly and monthly status reports

•           Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis

•           Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.

•           Work on the service improvement programs.

•           Take UP technical training program on multi-vendor SD WAN technologies.
