Job Summary
We’re looking for a MERN Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express, React and Node.js. The role involves end-to-end development, API integration and close collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB.
• Build REST APIs and integrate frontend and backend components.
• Write reusable, clean and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and security.
• Work with UI/UX teams to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Handle state management using Redux or similar tools.
• Debug issues across the stack and provide quick resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and technical discussions.
• Manage application deployment on cloud environments or container platforms.

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON and web security basics.
• Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks and component lifecycle.
• Good understanding of NoSQL data modeling.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot full-stack issues.

Good to Have
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or cloud services.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Cypress.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
