Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Conflict clearance and Code of Ethics Team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies. The Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, supporting adherence to the firm’s Code of Ethics, and assisting with related compliance initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity
Key Responsibilities (May include all or combination or specific responsibility from the basis below on business requirements)
Conflict of Interest Management:
- Conduct comprehensive conflict checks by reviewing client, matter, and party information in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
- Update information from NDA regarding various parameters, analyze reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and coordinate with onshore teams and highlight findings.
- Work on maintenance of restricted list and other related conflict clearance activities.
Code of Ethics Compliance:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the firm’s Code of Ethics policies and procedures.
- Assist in reviewing employee disclosures, including personal trading, outside business activities, and other compliance-related submissions.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update conflict clearance databases and ethics compliance systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding conflict clearance and ethics compliance activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, decisions, and resolutions.
Reports to - Lead / Team Manager

You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in the Finance/Regulatory/corporate department of a fiduciary or have worked in a company engaged in providing finance related services. You are willing and looking to consolidate and grow your skills and talents in the long term with a company that works in a strong team and results-based environment. You speak English fluently and bring on table:
- Good exposure to legal & compliance processes
- Extreme attention to detail
- Good legal reasoning and analytical skills
- Excellent in using MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel capabilities
- Experience in working with different teams and platforms
- Experience preparing compliance reports as per requirement
- Ability to perform email/phone outreach to relevant stakeholders and engage in discussions related to quality of assessment output
- Ability to prepare/handle huge data
