Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

About the team.
This team is responsible for managing the Investor Coverage activities for all the ICS PE Funds. The role will require collaborating closely with the Institutional Client Services team across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Support the PE ICS teams across the Americas and Europe in the preparation of briefing notes, with the objective of delivering drafts that are approximately 90% complete upon receipt.
Ø Responsible for compiling and populating key information fields, including LP commitment data, co-investment activity (both closed and currently presented), and institutional background such as AUM, private equity target allocations, and relevant leadership developments based primarily on publicly available sources.
Ø Synthesize executive biographies and document prior interactions between the LP and Blackstone professionals.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore teams, promptly addressing their business needs and requests.
Ø Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
Ø Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
Ø Manage any Ad-Hoc requests that may come up.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Ø Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in financial and performance reporting.
Ø The profile involves effective communication across clients’ facilities globally and hence strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Ø A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
Ø Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ø Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word).
Ø Prior work experience in domains such as private equity, investor relations, investor reporting etc. will be an added advantage.
Ø Prior experience with skills such as LP interest tracking, LP engagement tracking, investor relations coordination, briefing note preparation, and internal workflow management would be an added advantage

- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
