Application Packaging Job Description:

·       Strong knowledge of application packaging using AdminStudio, Vbscript, and PowerShell is necessary.

·       Experience with SCCM and Intune, including application/package model and collection creation/deployment, is essential. Knowledge of creating packages in Intune and deploying them through the company portal is expected.

·       Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user issues related to MSI and SCCM deployment is expected.

·       Ability to consider alternative approaches when standard methodologies do not resolve specific issues is important.

·       Understanding the full history of an application, including previous packaging and requirements, is needed to make informed decisions on current requests.

·       Capability to address inconsistencies in requirement gathering and findings from lab tech teams, and to guide packaging efforts by coordinating with planners, lab teams, or customers when necessary.

·       Willingness to periodically contribute to SIP by providing automation solutions related to the end-to-end process is preferred.

·       Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere is helpful; if not, the ability to quickly learn related activities beyond application packaging is required.

·       Ability to perform quality assurance on packages is required.

·       Good communication skills in English are required for direct customer interaction, along with appropriate email etiquette.
Mandatory Skills: EMM Intune .
