Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Flexera (platform administration, agent/beacon management, support ticket workflows).
- Proven track record in L2/L3 support roles, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially when working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience managing support cases and working within defined SLAs.
- Ability to navigate and administer the Flexera portal with confidence.
- Familiarity with internal tools/services and data pipelines is a plus.
