Role Purpose

The role is for a C2 band position based in Bangalore, requiring extensive Australian superannuation domain knowledge (about 10 years) and at least 5 years of people management experience. Project management experience is also needed.

Senior Manager- Australia Superannuation

CTC- Up to 35 Lac (Inclusive 20% Variable)

Location- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Lead and manage an Australian Superannuation delivery team
  • Provide deep domain expertise (10+ years preferred) in Australian Superannuation
  • Handle people management responsibilities (minimum 5 years)
  • Support RFPs, presales discussions, and domain‑centric solutioning
  • Own project and delivery governance, ensuring operational excellence
  • Initial team size of 15–20 FTEs, with scope to scale up to ~100 FTEs as business grows

Shift & Work Model

  • Shift Timing: Australian hours
    • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or
    • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible based on business needs)
  • Work Model: Hybrid (as per company policy)
Mandatory Skills: L&P FNA .
