Job Description

Role Purpose

  • Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and good exposure to test management and leadership responsibilities.

Skills/Tooling Experience

  • Over 7 years of experience as a Lead Test Analyst, with in-depth knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and good exposure to test management and leadership responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of manual/functional testing
  • Banking domain expertise and understanding of end-to-end business lending process
  • Proficient knowledge of financial accounting principles, including management of the chart of accounts and preparation of financial statements such as Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
  • Well versed with test automation approaches and experience with various tools/scripting (Selenium, Playwright, Javascript, POM)
  • Proven logical and analytical capabilities to build test conditions / data and evaluate test results
  • Proven ability to respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases
  • An eye for detail, able to identify risks and issues sooner rather than later and not afraid to call them out
  • A continuous and pragmatic problem solver that can act collaboratively to work through issues
  • Ability to take a Risk Analysis approach to testing
  • Experience with Confluence JIRA and Xray

CRM, and core banking systems experience preferred
