Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, deploy, and maintain modularized IaC templates using Azure Bicep (primary) and Terraform or ARM templates (secondary).
  • CI/CD Automation: Build, maintain, and improve Azure DevOps (YAML) pipelines for CI/CD automation across application and data workloads.
  • Multi-Cloud Management: Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure (AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, VNet) and AWS (EC2, VPC, S3).
  • Governance & Security: Implement Azure Policies, RBAC, and Entra ID (AAD) authentication to enforce security and compliance standards.
  • Automation & Scripting: Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
  • Containerization: Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging using Azure Monitor/App Insights and manage cost optimization (FinOps).

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure engineering.
  • Azure Skills: 3+ years of intensive experience with Azure services.
  • IaC Skills: Hands-on experience with Bicep is mandatory. Experience with ARM templates or Terraform is a plus.
  • DevOps Tools: Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
  • Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically PowerShell or Bash.
  • AWS Exposure: Working knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC).

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.

Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or HashiCorp Terraform
