Skill: Business Analyst
Job Description -
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for QAS and Network Operations business teams to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements for the development team.
Drive the daily scrum call for the Operations module.
Collaborate with different lines of business to gather project forecasts and assist in annual budgetary planning and prioritization.
Fully document functional and technical solutions, obtaining customer/stakeholder approval prior to technical development.
Create user stories with the help of the Scrum team.
Assist customers in requirement analysis and Business Requirements Document (BRD) preparations.
Ensure total test coverage by implementing a proper review process within the team.
Arrange demo calls for business users to initiate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide proper hypercare support.
Ensure proper handover of completed Change Requests (CRs) to the Application Management Services (AMS) team.
Support and mentor junior business analysts, QA resources, and development teams in the development process.
Provide Business Analyst (BA) acceptance for developments and fixes done by the development team.
Create business process workflows, user interface designs, and mock-ups that mimic actual user interactions, collaborating with UI/UX designers.
Provide business and functional support to the technical team during development, and test programs after completion to ensure compliance with specifications.

Investigate operational problems, identify causes, and support the testing and implementation of corrections.
Build and maintain test libraries to keep the regression suite up to date.
Lead and assist in implementation of end-to-end solutions in customer engagements.
Lead client discussions with customer stakeholders, understand key business and system requirements and drive project team to achieve business objectives.
Work collaboratively with clients and travel if required for workshops with customers and important stakeholders.
Contribute for Cargo product regularly attending calls and meetings with product management team.
Ability to create service roadmaps and provide thought leadership on key industry trends and innovations.
Create User manuals and other product related documents and update periodically to keep the content up to date.
Support GTM activities for new customer demo, contribute to respond to RFI and RFPs.
Continuously contribute to product management related activities on need basis
