A. Experience in more than ONE area of insurance (e.g. GI, Commercial Insurance, Speciality Insurance, Protection, Life/Pensions, Wealth Management, Healthcare) – Mandatory.
B. Experience of working on Waterfall projects – Preferable.
C. Experience of UK Insurance Market – Preferable.
D. Self-starter, proactive, independently work and take responsibility and accountability for one’s tasks - most importantly show INITIATIVE – Mandatory.
E. Experience of all aspects of Agile delivery involving a BA i.e. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and Confluence, concept of role of BA in an Agile project, ceremonies & responsibilities – Mandatory.
F. Maintaining appropriate artefacts and documentation depending upon the type of project (Business Requirement Document, JIRA Epic/Feature etc.) – Mandatory.
G. Experience of working with developers and testers to ensure that they understand requirements and supporting them through delivery process – Mandatory.
H. Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications and at least one visual design application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.) – Mandatory.

  • Assumes responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement w/ 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners. 
  • Develops, assesses, and validates a client’s business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
  • Develops solutions and services to suit client’s business strategy
  • Estimates scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution
  • Seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
  • Leads an engagement and oversees others’ contributions at a customer end, such that customer expectations are met or exceeded. 
  • Drives Proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts
  • Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc. 
  • Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
  • Leads efforts  towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf / point solutions and process smethodologies for reuse
  • Creates reusable IP from managed projects
