Role Details

Business Finance manager role requires working with cross-functional teams and involves the following key responsibilities:

• Lead cross global functional teams in developing finance strategies to support a strategic alignment with company’s Business Operations, and corporate departments on company goals & initiatives.
• Manage financial goals that result in strong customer satisfaction, align with company strategy, and optimize costs and supplier relations.
• Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies to optimize business results.
• Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head.
• Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition)
• Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis);
• Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, improving debt ageing and PDD);
• Ability to handle complex M&A transactions.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities at the same time.
• MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics
• Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.
• Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing for multiple lines of business
• People management – internal stakeholder management and managing a direct and indirect team of 3-4 CAs/MBAs

Qualification: Preferably CA/ICWA/MBA Finance

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos.
• “Can do” attitude and faster learning curve.
