- Dynamics 365 Project Operations- different deployment types and industry applicability.
- Dynamics Field Service
- Dynamics 365 CI- Data and Journeys
- Power Apps/ Power automate / AI builder
- Copilot Studio Apps – Solutioning
- Co-pilot – Embedded Apps
- Integrating Customer voice in various scenarios.
- Migration scenarios- PSA to PO, CI- Outbound journeys to Real time marketing.
- Experience of being a custodian of Functional Demo environments and delivering Demos
- Engage with Project/ SMU / Domain teams in building Solutions specific to use cases
- Ability to engage business stakeholders for – Requirement gathering/ Problem solving while delivering Demonstrations
- Hands-on in building Solutions ; engage developers to customize / extend / integrate .
- Ability to work with ambiguous situations
- Good POV in specific scenarios/ Industry use cases
- Ability to Support Pre-sales in pro-active pursuits -minimum of 7-8 years of experience being in GTM situations.
- Enterprise Landscape appreciation.
- Advisory capability in Microsoft Licensing models for Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
- Minimum of 2 Full cycle implementation of CE Apps.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
