Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Drive customization and configuration efforts, implementing scalable features for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to oversee the architecture lifecycle from requirements analysis through to deployment and post-launch support.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements within CRM implementations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to peers and junior resources to uplift team capabilities.
- Develop innovative proofs of concept to explore new capabilities and enhance solution offerings.
